Software Developer and Technical Consultant, Idea Teknoloji - 05/2008 to Present
Telco CC&B Service Assurance: We represent HP as a vendor to our client NSN (Nokia Siemens Networks). NSN is managing the project for its client Turk Telekom which is the national telecommunication company of Turkey and providing telecommunication services (more than 20 services) for 25 million customers. CC&B project of Turk Telekom, consists of rebuilding whole customer care and billing infrastructure. In CC&B our company is fulfils customer trouble ticket management interface for Turk Telekom employees. The part of project that our company does is called as MAT. My duties in MAT are; * Development of the system according to our Contract, * Solving Problems on our servers while testing, * Providing Technical Support to our customer. It's stated that, CC&B at Turk Telekom is currently Europe's largest at IT market and according to latest financial declarations, its budget exceeds 60 million dollars. Many vendors from Finland, France, India, Turkey and US are sharing the common part of the service. |
